Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited online and offline applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerks vacancies through Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2011. SSC Online vacancy CHSL Exam 2011 details:
Name of the posts:
1. Data Entry Operator
2. Lower Division Clerks (LDC).
Age limit: The age limit is 18-27 years as on 01/08/2011 for Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerks (i.e. not born earlier than 02.08.1984 and not later than 01.08.1993), age relaxation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent or higher examination from a recognised Board or University.
Application Fee: Rs 100/- for general category (No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-ser) fee will be paid only in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS), these stamps are available at the counter of all departmental post offices of the country. For the candidates who are applying online should pay in the branches of State Bank of India through challan.
Selection procedure: The mode of selection is written test, the written test consist of objective type and skill test for the post of Data Entry Operator and Typing Test for the post of Lower Division Clerk on Computer.
How to apply: The eligible candidates have to apply either through online or offline modes.
Online Application Form: Candidates can apply these posts online from the website htt://ssconline.nic.in from 20/08/2011 to 14/09/2011, before apply online Candidates upload their photograph and signature. Candidates should read the instructions carefully before applying online. Candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. The filling of online application contains two parts that is Part I Registration and Part II Registration.
Offline Application Form: Candidates may also apply offline in the prescribed format of application, candidates downloaded the application from the SSC website and filled the application in correct details, pasted a recent passport size photograph at space given in the application form, and send it together with necessary certificates to the respective address, on or before, 16/09/2011, (For remote areas 23/09/2011).
Opening date for online submission: 20/08/2011.
Closing date for online submission: 14/09/2011.
Last date for receipt of application: 16/09/2011, (For remote areas 23/09/2011).
Date of written test: 04/12/2011, Sunday.
Candidates applying online must submit the Part-I of application form latest by 14 September. Part-II of Online Application i.e. uploading of scanned photo & signature and Offline Application i.e. by post can be submitted by 16 September 2011.
